1. Area of Application
These GTC apply to all contracts between SEITIGO (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the Customer in connection with the creation, provision, maintenance, and support of websites as well as related services (e.g., hosting, domain linking, support).
2. Services & Commencement of Services
The Provider creates a customized website based on existing templates. After successful ordering and complete receipt of all necessary content (texts, images, color preferences, access data, etc.) as well as after consultation with the Customer, the processing time begins.
Provided that all requirements are met, a first website draft will be delivered within 24 hours ("Order today - live tomorrow"). This period only begins when all content and feedback are available and confirmed by the Provider.
3. Contract conclusion
A contract is concluded by the Customer's written confirmation via form, email, or online payment through Stripe. By submitting the order or payment, the Customer accepts these GTC as binding.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices are listed on the website www.seitigo.ch and are in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via Stripe. Individual payment models are possible upon agreement.
5. Customer's Obligations to Cooperate
The Customer is obliged to provide all content necessary for implementation completely, correctly, and in a timely manner. Delays due to missing content or late feedback will extend the project duration accordingly. The Provider assumes no liability for consequences arising from incomplete information.
6. Acceptance
After the final version is provided, the Customer has 7 days to review it. If no feedback is received within this period, the project is considered accepted.
7. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the Customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the created website. Resale or transfer of the design to third parties is prohibited.
8. Liability
The Provider is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. No liability is assumed for failures of third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains).
9. Support
After going live, free support is included for 14 days. Services beyond that (e.g., changes, updates, bug fixes) are chargeable or part of a maintenance contract.
10. Maintenance Contracts
Customers can enter into optional maintenance subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis. These include updates, minor adjustments, and technical support. Termination is possible at any time at the end of the respective term. There is no minimum contract duration. Termination can be done in writing via email or through the contact form.
11. Data Protection
Customer data is treated confidentially and used only for order processing. Disclosure to third parties occurs only if necessary for contract fulfillment or if there is a legal obligation.
12. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zofingen, Switzerland.
13. Note on the template
The underlying website templates are based on publicly available designs and are customized by the provider. The base template of this website comes from Colorlib and is licensed under the CC BY 3.0 license.
