Terms and Conditions
Here you will find SEITIGO’s general terms and conditions for the creation, provision and maintenance of websites.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between SEITIGO (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the customer in connection with the creation, provision, maintenance and support of websites, as well as related services (e.g. hosting, domain linking, support).
2. Benefits & Start Date
The provider creates a customised website based on existing templates. The production period begins once the order has been successfully placed, all necessary content (text, images, colour preferences, login details, etc.) has been received in full, and following consultation with the customer. Provided all requirements are met, an initial website draft will be delivered within 24 hours (“Order today – live tomorrow”). This period only begins once all content and feedback have been received and confirmed by the provider.
3. Conclusion of the contract
A contract is formed upon the customer’s written confirmation via a form, email or online payment via Stripe. By submitting the order or making payment, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions as binding.
4. Prices and payment terms
Prices are listed on the website www.seitigo.ch and are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed via Stripe. Individual payment arrangements can be made by prior arrangement.
5. The customer’s obligations to cooperate
The customer is obligated to provide all necessary content for implementation in a complete, correct and timely manner. Delays due to missing content or delayed feedback extend the project timeline accordingly. The provider assumes no liability for consequences arising from incomplete information.
6. Acceptance
After the final version is ready, the customer has 7 days to review it. If no feedback is provided within this period, the project is considered accepted.
7. Rights of use
With full payment, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for the created website. Resale or transfer of the design to third parties is prohibited.
8. Liability
The provider is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. No liability is assumed for failures by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domains).
9. Support
Once the system goes live, 14 days of free support are included. Any additional services (e.g. modifications, updates, bug fixes) are subject to a charge or form part of a maintenance contract.
10. Maintenance contracts
Customers can optionally subscribe to maintenance packages monthly or annually. These include updates, minor adjustments and technical support. Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the respective term. There is no minimum contract duration. Cancellation can be made in writing via email or the contact form.
11. Data protection
Customer data is treated confidentially and only used for the purpose of order processing. Disclosure to third parties occurs only if necessary for contract fulfillment or if a legal obligation exists.
12. Court of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zofingen, Switzerland.
